Welcome to Kaiserslautern Elementary School! We are looking forward to seeing all of our returning students and families as well as welcoming our new KES Mustangs to the community.
The Continuous School Improvement (CSI) efforts of our staff, parents, and students are focused on our two goals which are a part of our Community Strategic Plan. This plan guides the instructional environment at KES. These two goals are to increase students’ Critical Thinking skills and their Communication skills across the curriculum. This year we will continue to evaluate student data and create specific instructional interventions in support of each child’s individual needs. KES is committed to providing every possible opportunity that will have the greatest impact on student performance and enable all students to reach their highest potential as responsible and productive citizens.
Parental participation is a key component to the success of our school and students. The KES PTO members are strong advocates who provide numerous opportunities for our students and families. They support every aspect of our CSI efforts and offer multiple avenues for parental involvement. I encourage every KES family to become members of this organization that works tirelessly for each child and family in our school community
